Screening Process Overview

Forms will be reviewed as they are received. Selected companies will meet with the PAX team for a 45 minute zoom call. Companies that are the best fit for PAX will go through our due diligence process and pitch to our Investment Committee. The Fall-24 program will begin in September.

PAX Grades Companies on the 5 T's

Traction

Traction will be based on early revenue, product development, patents or other IP, pilots, and other early signs of traction.

Terms

PAX portfolio companies generally apply with a valuation of $3-6M. PAX invests on your companies current raise and does not set terms or take a set percentage of equity.

Team

PAX invests in strong founders, specifically founders who have a strong technical or industry background. PAX is looking for founders who are eager to learn and ready to commit to the program.

TAM

PAX is industry agnostic, although we primarily work with companies selling B2B with a large market to go after as they scale.

Tech

PAX companies are preparing to sell a product that is unique and defensible. PAX is not looking for tech-enabled services companies.
